PROJECT DANDELION AT
SKOLL WORLD FORUM
Change doesn't happen in one place. It happens in rooms where the right people finally meet, in conversations that connect what's working on the ground with the systems that shape policy, finance, and culture. That's why we show up deliberately, and at moments that matter.
In 2026, Project Dandelion is present at the convenings, forums, and summits where women-led climate leadership needs to be seen, heard, and connected to what comes next.
Each space we enter sits at an intersection we care about: gender and climate, health and justice, local leadership and global influence. And in each one, we bring the same commitment: to ensure that the women already leading climate solutions are not peripheral to the conversation, but central to it.
SEWA LEARNING JOURNEY
January 2026 | Ahmedebad, India
At the start of 2026, Project Dandelion traveled to Ahmedabad to spend time with the Self-Employed Women's Association (SEWA) and the women smallholder farmers and community leaders at the heart of their work. We listened, we learned, and we witnessed place-based climate solutions that are already regenerating ecosystems, strengthening livelihoods, and demonstrating what women-led innovation looks like when it is properly rooted and resourced.
Outcomes and reflections from our time with SEWA are coming soon.
SKOLL WORLD FORUM
April 2026 | Oxford, UK
Skoll is where movements align and coalitions form. Project Dandelion is convening a women-led delegation of Global South leaders and hosting several sessions throughout the Forum, ensuring that women leading climate solutions are not only in the room, but visible, connected, and supported.
WOMEN DELIVER
April 2026 | Naarm (Melbourne), Australia
Women Deliver brings together the full breadth of women's rights, health, and justice. Project Dandelion is there to make one thing visible: every issue on the agenda is a climate issue. We're co-hosting four events throughout the conference, connecting advocates, policymakers, funders, and community leaders around the solutions that sit at the intersection of gender and climate.

NAIROBI COMPACT
May 2026 | Nairobi, Kenya
The Nairobi Compact is Project Dandelion's annual working gathering — small, intentional, and designed for the kind of exchange that only happens when the right people are genuinely in the same room. This year, we're centering the Global South and focusing on where climate, health, and gender converge, connecting those closest to the impacts with those shaping policy, finance, and delivery.
LONDON CLIMATE ACTION WEEK
June 2026 | London, UK
London Climate Action Week is one of the most concentrated moments in the climate calendar. Project Dandelion is there to strengthen the connections between women's leadership and the policy and finance conversations that need it most.
Keep an eye on this space for details on where to find us and how to get involved.

NEW YORK CLIMATE WEEK
September 2026 | New York City, USA
New York Climate Week brings together a global community of leaders, institutions, and movements at a pivotal moment in the climate calendar. We'll be there to build on the momentum of the year — connecting threads from Nairobi, Melbourne, London, and beyond, and ensuring women-led climate solutions remain central to the conversations shaping what comes next.
More information coming soon.
CONNECT
Our work in climate is the thread that connects us all, and we want to make that visible. Dandelions are spreading around the world, advancing and championing solutions.
OUR OBJECTIVES FOR SKOLL WORLD FORUM
Proximity-based design
Beginning with listening and co-design alongside community leaders, ensuring learning is shaped by lived experience.
Collective learning across contexts
Convening peer-led exchanges that allow for comparison and relatability of how they navigate similar risks in different environments, without flattening cultural, ecological, or social differences.
Elevating what it means to be a Dandelion
Each Dandelion marks a leader working to shift systems, influence policy, mobilize communities or transform industries to drive meaningful climate action. By spreading our seeds beyond our existing networks, we aim to expand and strengthen an already powerful community driving women-led climate solutions across the globe.
Dandelion Community Growth
Our work in climate is the thread that connects us all and we want to make that visibility. Dandelions are spread around the world, advancing and championing solutions. This is our opportunity to welcome women leaders to a community supporting each other in our work, amplifying our voices, and connecting and mobilizing through action.
Sensemaking with care
Supporting reflection and synthesis that surface patterns, trade-offs, and lessons over time. Using the symbol of the Dandelion to support collectivism, we help translate proximity into shared understanding and shared understanding into more thoughtful, context-aware action.
