APRIL 20, 2026: ARRIVALS
6:15AM UK Time
Teresa, you will be landing at Terminal 5. You will need to get to Terminal 3 for the transportation to Oxford and you will be meeting up with Nthabiseng.
Directions to Terminal 3: via the Heathrow express or Elizabeth Line (follow purple connections signs)
7:20AM UK Time
Nthabiseng, you will be landing at Terminal 3. Teresa will meet you at Terminal 3, and together you will look for a driver holding up a Project Dandelion sign. We will create a WhatsApp group with the driver closer to your arrival.
8:30AM UK Time
The first car departs Heathrow with Teresa and Nthabiseng.
3:45PM UK Time
Alexia, you will be landing at Terminal 2. There, you will look for a driver holding up a Project Dandelion sign. We will create a WhatsApp group with the driver closer to your arrival.
4:45PM UK Time
The second (and final) car departs Heathrow with Alexia.

APRIL 24, 2026: DEPARTURES
12:00PM UK Time
Monika departs Oxford for her 4:40PM flight.
2:00PM UK Time
Dandelions depart Oxford. There will be a car at the Leonardo Hotel for the remaining delegates back to Heathrow airport.
There will be breakfast and lunch provided by the Forum on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We will plan to have breakfast and lunch daily at the forum. Breakfast at the hotel is available for £18 per day at your own expense.
There will be a Project Dandelion Dinner on the evenings of April 20th and 21st, and a Skoll World Forum Dinner on April 22nd. There are no planned dinners for April 23rd or 24th.
Each day, Project Dandelion will schedule car transportation to take the delegation from Leonardo Hotel to Saïd Business School in the morning, and back from SBS to Leonardo Hotel in the evening. Specifics will be shared in the WhatsApp group.
If you have other places you need to be that are not walkable in between these two scheduled pick-ups, Uber is widely available in Oxford and can be used as needed at your own expense.
