    XXX Location

Humans are not above or separate from nature; we are intrinsically part of it, and its lessons can guide us as individuals and as a collective. As we confront acute political, social, and ecological fracturing, nature reminds us that disruption can also lead to renewal. In this Opening Plenary, we’ll look to insights from nature’s patterns of adaptation and renewal to guide our next chapter. How can we repair our bonds with the natural world and one another? How can we rebuild trust and cohesion in communities torn by conflict? And what possibilities might emerge at the convergence of human, machine, and natural intelligence? We’ll close by turning from reflection to shared experience—inviting us into a moment of collective joy that reminds us how connection, coordination, and harmony can be practiced, not just imagined.

Delegates are encouraged to attend. Rising heat is placing new and growing pressure on maternal health worldwide. Evidence shows that exposure to high temperatures during pregnancy can significantly increase risks for both mothers and babies, particularly in communities already facing vulnerability. This interactive, movement-based session, hosted by Wellcome, Project Dandelion and Kite Insights, invites participants to explore the issue through a systems lens. Blending science, storytelling and lived experience, the session will examine how health systems, cities, infrastructure and policy frameworks must evolve to respond to this emerging change.
